WHAT ARE HABITS???
An habit is a behavioral activity you're used to doing:its not strange to you, Its an action you do without thinking about it and it comes from your subconscious. An habit is a usual manner of behavior acquired by frequent repetition. Its a product of consistent practice.
 FACTS ABOUT HABITS
1.We are not born with habits
2.Habits are learned from friends/families/movies & enviroments
3.Sociologists say that 90% of what we do are governed  and controlled by our habits
4.First, we form haits then our habits becomes a part of our form.
5.It takes 21-30 days to form an habit and also 21-30 days to break an habit.

A. GOOD HABITS
B. BAD HABITS
Good habits are habits that improve, enhance& advances such as Praying, Writing, Thinking on right things,studying,giving, etc..
Bad habits diminish you, they're like a comfortable bed, easy to get into but very hard to get out
These bad habits includes:
Playing too much video games
Watching of movies too much
procrastination
Lying
Pornography,Masturbation,sexual immorality
Stealing
Lack of reading
Negative thinking
Gossip, among others.
HOW TO BREAK OUT OF BAD HABITS
Identify it and call it by its name
See it as an enemy
Subject that habit to the name of JESUS
Engage yourself and attend to the word of God
Get books and messages that specifically handles that bad habit
Ask for help from the HOLYSPIRIT
Quit feeding that bad habit
Be accountable to someone...
 I pray for you today, that habit that you're struggling with, help from above to change is coming to you right now! In the name of Jesus!!! Amen.
