1.Downward Communication
That is communication from the superior down to the subordinate
2.Lateral Communication
These are communications between equals and among colleagues.
3.Upward Communication: i.e Communication from the subordinate to the superior.

Interpersonal (Person to Person)
Mass Communication (Conference meeting)
